Heavenly Mindedness Is Needed On Earth

Colossians 3:2,
"Set your affection on things above, not on things               on the earth. "

John 14:6,
"Yeshua saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

Have you ever heard the old saying, "Don't be so Heavenly minded that you are no Earthly good?"  I'm challenging that statement today.  Keeping your mind on Heaven is vital and we need to be looking earnestly in our lives right now at   our future eternal home which has been promised to us in Yeshua, the Messiah of Israel, King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

We Are Steadfast And Unmovable!

John 14:29,
"And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe."

So we have their new world order plan before us now.  The Lord has described this plan for the times of the end which are alluded to throughout the old and new covenants.           It seems obvious to me that we are living in these times     right now.   In the scriptures we see in great detail the circumstances of the world at the end of time.

The Sin Of Silence

Isaiah 62:1,
"For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and forJerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as   a lamp that burneth."

I have heard stories from Christian people who lived in Germany during the second World War and their silence.  One story tells of the congregation at one church, one of many on any given Sunday.  As they would be singing   hymns and worshiping the Lord, they could hear the rumbling of cattle cars, filled with Jewish people, heading out of town toward some concentration or death camp.

Tabernacles: The 'Waters of Salvation'

John 7:37-39,
"In the last day, that great day of the feast, Yeshua stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.  He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.  (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Yeshua was not yet glorified.)"

According to the Hebrew diaspora calendar, tonight at sundown begins the the Feast of Tabernacles.

Who Is This Uncircumsized Philistine?

1 Samuel 17:26,                                                                  "And David spake to the men that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that killeth this Philistine, and taketh away the reproach from Israel? for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?"
